Ghost rides like a truck now – who actually understands Rolls Royce suspension here?

I know this is going to sound like a ridiculous first world problem but hear me out because I’m genuinely frustrated. My 2014 Rolls Royce Ghost has always been that magical magic carpet ride that made me smile every time I drove it, but over the last few months it’s developed this harshness over small sharp bumps like expansion joints and manhole covers that just wasn’t there before. It’s not bouncy or floaty, it’s almost like the initial impact absorption is gone and you feel every little imperfection right through the seat. I’ve taken it to two different “luxury car specialists” in Dubai and both just said “everything looks fine” which tells me they don’t actually know how these self leveling air struts are supposed to behave when they’re working correctly. I was researching online and found Competent Rolls Royce Shock Absorber Replacement from Suspension Repair Dubai and the fact that they actually break down the different Rolls models on their page gives me some hope that they’ve seen these issues before. Has anyone here dealt with a deteriorating ride quality on a Ghost or Phantom and found out it was worn dampers even though there were no warning lights or visible leaks? Really don’t wanna just throw parts at it but also can’t keep driving a car that feels this unrefined.
